The only way to defeat the Borg ship is to obtain a virus. After the Borg 
is right in front of you, warp to Earth, get in orbit, bring down your 
shields and beam up the virus. Then beam the virus over to the Borg ship 
and watch it explode.

Enter the password "Override." Start a new game.
