Hold B in and let punch charge. It is very effective on first end boss. It 
works great on most enemies too.


Start with 63 fighters
To start with 63 fighters, do the following at the Title Screen. On 
Controller 2, press B, A, Down, Up, Down, Up, then press Start on 
Controller 1.


Power punch
During a game hold A until your character flashes and release for a 
power punch.
