Pink heart and geting married

When you start the game, wait until the bar opens up, take your dog their. If Karen is working on the bar, keep on showing her your dog, After about 10-15 minutes, her heart will be pink. When Elli's grandma dies, give milk/eggs/fish and talk to her everyday. By the time she gets over her grandma's death, her heart should be at pink. To make Jeff (guy in bakery) and Elli get married, give eggs or milk to Jeff everyday. Once he is your friend, they will get married. To get The mailman and maria to get married, give the mailman berries, cakes, etc. After a while, you will see a scene where the mailman saves Maria from the guy dressed in black that rips people off. Keep on giving the mailman stuff, and after a while they will get married. Give Gray (Ann's brother) lots of eggs and milk. After a while, Gray will plant flowers on his farm. Once they grow, Gray and Popuri will get married.

Greenhouse Money Bash

Sent in by Harvest Moon Master If you buy a greenhouse, time will not go buy in it. This means that you can work in the greenhouse as long as you want. To make max money all year, plant corn in the 8 block pattern to harvest around 10,000g a day!!! (Assuming that there all harvested on the same day and the regrowing period in between.) For example. *** *** *** * * ** Or: ** Or: *** Or: *** *** *** * * ***

Get upgrades for your house

Sent in by Grasshopper To get upgrades for your house you have to go to the carpenters house and go to the back of the room. There is a piece of paper there press A. Then it will tell you how much it is to get it and how much wood you need to have. Then it will take a few days then it will be done.

Indestructible fence

Sent in by Darkwolf When you first start a game instead of breaking all the small rocks use them to build a fence. Just put logs in the area's where you need to jump out.

Watering Crops on Festival Days

Sent in by Code Hunter This is a very good way to water your crops on a festival day, so you can make the festival on time. First, wait for the day right before the festival day. If the weather is going to be rainy on the festival day, you don't have to worry. If its going to be sunny, go to the pond next to the carpenters house and throw in a vegetable, wish for weather. When it turns to the festival day, it will be sunny because of the festival. But your plants will be watered, as if it rained!

Girls

Sent in by Eike There are five girls you can marry, and the girls you don't marry will eventually marry someone else. Karen and Kai (not quite sure), Popuri and Gray (Ann's brother), Maria and the Postman, Ann and the Traveler (the guy with the bird; he lives in the forest). I still don't know who Elli marries. You will always have a dream about the girl of your choice, and later something similar will happen. Karen can be found in the vineyard, in front of the carpenters home, and on the beach. At night she's sometimes at the bar. Be sure to visit her often, because special things happen. If you go into her house on a special day (it depends on what Karen thinks of you), her mom might tell you that Karen is sick and you should go visit her. Also go into the wine making area a lot, you might get locked in there with Karen. After the strange dream, you should visit the bar everyday. At one point Karen will be crying, and Kai will be trying to cheer her up. She says something about her father, but leaves as soon as she sees you. The owner of the bar might give you some wine your grandfather left for you. Karen will start talking about it, and she won't say something different until you either marry her or fix the problem at the vineyard. Throw a crop into the Fountain (to the left of the carpenter's house) and wish for the vineyard. The spirit will wake up the spirit tree, and later contact you through a dream that the sprites returned to the grapes. Karen will give you the new wine as soon as it's done. Give Karen grapes and veryberry fruit as gifts, those are her favorites. She's on the Beach on Starry Night Festival, and in the Bar on New Years Eve. Ann is mostly on the Green Ranch and the Forest, but sometimes she's in the Vineyard or the Toolshop. You'll have a dream about her spraining her ankle. Later, she'll do just that and you'll have to carry her. In the winter, she might take you to see a "pika bunny". Her favorite things are corn and wool. She's in Church on the Starry Night Festival, and in the Bar on New years eve. When she loves you enough, you'll be able to see her carrying some birds that fell from the tree. She'll tell you not to look because she's keeping them warm in her bosom. Tell her you had a similar experience, and she'll be happy. Then she leaves, and everything returns to normal. You'll also see her having a fight with the Traveler Guy, because he wants to feed a rabbit to his eagle, and she doesn't want to let him. She says something about understanding it intellectually, and then leaves. Popuri is usually beside the Flower shop, but she might also be in the Forest. Climb the Tree by the Carpenters house (press A in front of it). If she isn't there, try the clearing with the Fountain. If she's still not to be found, go to the Green Ranch. Her favorite presents are flowers, so store some as soon as you get the cabinet. She really likes it if you grow flowers on your ranch. She's on the mountain on the Starry night festival (not sure!). Also make sure to buy the Blue Mist Seeds on the second year. Maria is in the Library a lot. When she's in the forest, give her a bug, she loves them. I'm not sure what her favorite present is. The Mailman is the guy that realizes earliest he wants to marry, so hurry if you want to win Maria over. She's at home on rainy days. The Starry Night Festival is spent in Church. Elli likes it if you buy cakes from her store, but they aren't her favorite present. She likes eggs, milk, and large fish. Her grandmother dies at one point, and she'll be glad if you're there to support her. Starry night is spent in the Church.

Money

Sent in by Eike Save. Save money a lot, until you have 30 000 and 580 lumber. Get the Greenhouse, and you'll be raking in money. Plant regrowing crops, all at different days, and you'll have money almost everyday of the week. I went from having 10G to having 5000 in only 3 or 4 days. Also, as soon as the mine opens, go and dig. Use the hoe to find the treasures. If you don't have enough space in your pack, get rid of the stuff that is worth the least. Iron Ore - 100G Moonlight Stone - 500G Blue Stone - 700G Rare Mineral - 1,100G In the spring, plant Cabbages and Potatoes. Turnips may be fast growing, but give you very little income. You should get one of each in summer, and 2 eggplant bags in fall. Also, get one patch of grass, because the owner of Green Ranch will ask you to take care of some cows in the winter. You should also look for things in the forest. Medicinal Herb - 70G (Spring, Summer, Fall) Edible Herb - 30G (Spring, Summer, Fall) VeryBerry Fruit- 40G (Spring) Walnut - 70G (Summer) Tropical Fruit - 40G (Summer) Mushroom - 70G (Fall) Grapes - 40G (Fall) Poisonous Mushroom - 30G (Fall)

Feed your animals during a typhoon

Sent in by Code Hunter at The Unofficial World of Nintendo!!! To feed your animals during a typhoon even though you can't get outside, be very nice to the elves and when it's the day before the typhoon the elves will visit your house and tell you that since you were so nice to them they will feed your animals during the upcoming typhoon!

Have the three girls from the festivals come to your farm

Sent in by Code Hunter To have the three girls that always appear at the festivals come to your farm, simultaneously plant five sets of Moon drop Flowers and five sets of Pink Cat Mint Flowers (outside in a group). When they all bloom the three girls should come to your farm and they should come and compliment you on your farm!

Avoid typhoons

Sent in by Code Hunter To avoid typhoons, you must check the weather forecast early in the morning when you wake up. During the summer, if the weather lady says there will be a typhoon, go outside or to your refrigerator if you have built the kitchen and get a vegetable (eggs work too). Go to the pond by the carpenters' house where the owner of the spring is. Throw the vegetable in after 9:00 AM and wish for weather. This is especially good if you have lots of animals.

Planting tips

Sent in by Code Hunter The best thing you can plant is the tomatoes. After the buying of the seeds, how long they take to grow, and the value of seeding them. Tomatoes make 66.67 gold a day for you. Corn only makes 60.00 gold, and Strawberries only make 58.34 gold. The Rest are all less. And the best thing is tomatoes you only have to buy the seeds once! Because after you Harvest them, they regrow!
