Wind tip

Sent in by Code Hunter If you are having difficulty hitting good shots when the wind picks up, as it usually does, then try this trick. If the wind is traveling from right to left, click on the stance button after you set up to hit and change your feet so you will slice the ball (hit the ball from left to right). This will cause the ball to cut into the wind and you will hit the shot perfectly straight. If the wind is going from left to right then do the opposite. This may take a little practice to learn how much slice or hook you should put on the ball, but trust me it saves me strokes all the time.

Be in the water

Sent in by Chris at The Unofficial World of Nintendo!!! While playing on a hole with water in it (ex. Hole 13) hit your ball into the water on your next turn to hit your player should be in his stance in the water!

Drive a golf cart around on the hole

Sent in by Code Hunter When playing on any course or any type of game, press the Z button. There should be a feature called "Cart Cam" If you select it, you will be able to drive a golf cart around on the hole!

Speed up your shot

Sent in by Code Hunter To speed up your shot, simply hold B after the ball is hit. It may take about 2 seconds, then your ball will speed up. This trick doesn't affect your shot distance; only the speed at which the ball travels.

5-7 foot putts tip

Sent in by Code Hunter at The Unofficial World of Nintendo!!! If you keep missing those 5-7 foot putts, then use the golfer's leg as a guide line. If it's raining you'll have to hit the ball a little harder.

Longer puts tip

Sent in by Code Hunter If you always miss longer puts, then look at the slope on the green.

Power meter tip

Sent in by Code Hunter The power meter is a little awkward because the third faint line from full power is actually 50%, and straight full is an overswing.

Sand tip

Sent in by Code Hunter at The Unofficial World of Nintendo!!! If you are hitting out of the sand and you have the easy hit feature on, you should hit slightly higher then where the game tells you to.
