Secret rooms

There are secret rooms in all of the stages that contain tons of prizes,
a secret item (a box with a question mark ) and have absolutely no 
enemies. If you collect five something good happens (I have not found 
them all) you get the fifth after beating the robot of the game show host 

1st level, go down, right and keep on going right until right is no longer 
an option go right any way and you will enter the secret room, after 
cleaning house go up it is closer to the boss. 


Go to the surface

2nd level, keep going down, right, down, right etc. until your only option
is to go up, go right instead (it might be down I don't remember) clean 
up and go right it will take you straight to the surface. 


Stage select
On the Player Select/Skill Screen press Right, Right, R, L, Start. 
You will hear the word "BINGO", ane you will be able to go to any 
Stage.


Extra Lives/Extra Credits screen
On the Player Select/Skill Screen press Down, L, R, Up, to be taken 
to the Extra Lives/Extra Credits screen.


2 Players
On the Player Select Screen, press Right, Right, Up, Down, R, and L on 
Controller 1. You will hear "BINGO," and the cursor will be on 
"2 Players."  If you want to play a One Player game, press up and 
Start, or just Press Start.


No enemies and the exits are open
First enter the Previous code, then before entering any room, hold down
Select. No enemies will appear, and the exits will open up. This even 
works at boss rooms.


Sound Test
On the Player Select screen, press the L Button, R Button, L Button, L
Button, R Button for a Sound Test. 


Seven Lives and Continues
On the player selection screen, press Down, L Button, R Button, and Up 
on Controller 1. Now, when the screen goes to the Lives and Continues 
screen, press Left or Right to change the numbers to seven, the maximum.
