Get a strike while pitching with a left handed pitcher against a right handed batter
Sent in by Dallas While pitching with a left handed pitcher against a right handed batter, you can strike them out every time, just get on the mound towards the first base side, and throw fastballs and just hit the corner, the computer will just try to check their swing, same against righty picture versus lefty hitter.
Get a strike every time
Sent in by Jason When you have a right handed pitcher vs. a right handed batter switch to pitchers view, chose your pitch and press and hold to the right, then press Y. You get a strike every time and the computer won't swing! (Also works with a left handed pitcher and left handed batter).
Hints
Sent in by Alex at The Unofficial World of Nintendo!!! If there are runner(s) anywhere except first, you are batting, and you hit a ground ball, you don't necessarily have to take the out at first. Just start the other runners with the R button and the computer player will throw to a base other than first. Then just make your runners go back to their previous bases with the L button, and it will be counted as an infield hit. Also, if you have a runner on second and you hit a single to straightaway center, if you hold R you can usually turn it into a double.
