Configuration mode
Hold Select and press Start at the title screen for a configuration mode.


Special configuration mode
Complete the game, then hold Select and press Start at the title screen 
when it reappears after the credits for a special configuration mode.


Get extra continues
On the Title screen, press B as fast as you can. You will hear a 
metallic sound every time you get an extra continue. If the demo 
starts, press Start once to return to the Title screen. Continue this 
until you have the desired number of continues, then press Start on 
the Title screen to actually begin the game.
